GENERAL DESCRIPTION

MA7008 is a three-terminal Hall Effect sensor device with an output driver, mainly

designed for battery–operation, hand-held equipment (such as Cellular and Cordless Phone,

PDA).

The MA7008 is an unipolar Hall effect sensor IC. If a magnetic flux density larger than

threshold Bop, OUT is turned on(low). The output state is held until a magnetic flux density

reversal falls below Brp causing OUT to be turned off (high).
