A4950屬于集成電路（IC）的電機(jī)驅(qū)動器控制器。由Allegro MicroSystems制造生產(chǎn)的A4950電機(jī)驅(qū)動器，控制器產(chǎn)品屬于電機(jī)驅(qū)動器和控制器電源管理集成電路 (PMIC) 系列，可用于控制或操作從某電源施加到電機(jī)或相關(guān)機(jī)電執(zhí)行器的電源。所實(shí)現(xiàn)的具體功能和特性集根據(jù)預(yù)期負(fù)載和預(yù)期應(yīng)用的特性有很大差異，范圍從用于有刷電機(jī)的簡單開環(huán)速度控制到基于步進(jìn)電機(jī)的高級閉環(huán)運(yùn)動控制。

Description

Designed for pulse width modulated (PWM) control of DC motors, the A4950 is capable of peak output currents to ±3.5 A and operating voltages to 40 V.

Input terminals are provided for use in controlling the speed and direction of a DC motor with externally applied PWM control signals. Internal synchronous rectification control circuitry is provided to lower power dissipation during PWM operation.

Internal circuit protection includes overcurrent protection, motor lead short to ground or supply, thermal shutdown with hysteresis, undervoltage monitoring of VBB, and crossover current protection.
